Burj Khalifa (At The Top)
The world's tallest building — 828 metres of pure Dubai ambition
Old Dubai on one side, new Dubai on the other — through a 150-metre golden frame
The Dubai Frame is exactly what it sounds like: a 150-metre-tall, 93-metre-wide golden picture frame standing in Zabeel Park — deliberately positioned so that one side "frames" the towers of new Dubai and the other frames the creek, souks and low-rise rooftops of old Dubai. It's the smartest concept of any Dubai attraction and, at AED 50, the best value ticket in the city.
The visit starts with a walk-through museum of Dubai's past, then an elevator up to the 93-metre sky bridge that connects the two towers. Up top, a strip of glass flooring turns opaque-to-clear as you step on it — the park directly below your feet. You exit through a "future Dubai" vortex tunnel imagining the city 50 years from now.
It's far less crowded than the Burj Khalifa decks and gives you something the Burj can't: a view that actually tells the story of how Dubai grew from creek-side trading town to megacity.
