RAK's snow-white "Iceland" waterpark has soaked northern-emirates families for years: rain-dance pools, a wave lagoon, kids' aqua-play citadels and a bank of serious slides (the Penguin Falls freefall the local legend) at ticket prices the mega-parks doubled long ago.
