Jebel Jais Flight Zipline
The world's longest zipline — 2.83 km at up to 150 km/h, face first
The UAE's highest peak — a 1,934 m mountain with a world-class road up it
Jebel Jais is the roof of the Emirates: 1,934 metres of layered limestone rising behind Ras Al Khaimah, climbed by one of the region's great driving roads — a serpentine of engineered switchbacks with viewing platforms staged up the ascent.
Near the summit cluster the headline acts: the Jais Viewing Deck Park (the 💎 most day-trippers turn back before reaching), the world's longest zipline, a sled coaster, hiking and via ferrata routes, food trucks and the UAE's highest restaurant. In winter the temperature gap turns it into the country's alpine escape — fog, drizzle, once-in-a-while snow flurries that make national news.
Even with zero activities booked, the drive-viewpoints-karak circuit is among the best free days in the UAE.
