📖 About

In two converted port warehouses at Mina Zayed, Warehouse421 gives Abu Dhabi's emerging artists and designers what Alserkal gives Dubai's: serious exhibition space, residencies, workshops and a programme centred on contemporary Emirati and Gulf identity rather than imported blockbusters.

Shows rotate through photography, design, textile work, film and installation — thoughtful, well-curated and free — alongside maker markets, talks and hands-on workshops that keep the local creative community circulating through.

It slots perfectly into a Mina Zayed afternoon: carpet souk and pottery quay for the old economy, Warehouse421 for the new one, fish-market dinner to close.

⭐ Highlights

  • Contemporary Gulf art in converted port warehouses
